Meat Plus Cafe in Subic Bay
My family and I went to Olongapo to spend our holiday break. That's where I grew up but after college I decided to move to Manila to look for a job. I only visit my relatives maybe 1-2 a year depending on my schedule. So after Christmas and making sure that the bus stationsare no longer crowded we decided to pack our things and travel. Ibang iba talaga ang hangin sa probinsya, though slowly it's a progressing city so expect a bit of traffic and pollution downtown, but the relative's house where we stay is at the top of the mountain at medyo madami pang trees so mas presko pa din ng hangin. No need for aircon at night para sa baby kong mainitin ang katawan.
Part of my own tradition every time I go home is I meet some friends and eat in Meat Plus Cafe. But since Dec30 is a town fiesta and friends are busy. My sister and I together with Argus went to eat in Meat Plus Cafe.
Meat Plus Cafe is a sort of American Diner that was opened since American Naval Base is still in Subic and it primarily offers different cuts of meats; sirloin, porterhouse, T-bone, rib-eye, ground round and tenderloin steaks and you can ask them to cook your choice of steak the way you want it: rare, medium rare or well done. They also have other options in their menu: pizza, pasta, burgers, soups, pies, cakes, sandwiches. But since I'm not a fan of steaks I ordered my all time favorite MeatPlus Burger and Apple pie. And they give big serving making it a bit impossible to request for second helping.

I have to wipe the fries to remove excess oil before I gave it to my son and he loves it too! he so takaw!
The only off for me here is when I looked for Diaper changing Area or tray in the restroom they have none, so Argus and I settled in the couch outside the restroom to change his nappy.
Meat Plus Café is located Sampson Rd. Subic Bay Freeport Zone just in front of Traders Duty- Free Mall. And it has expanded in Manila as well, Tender Bobs is the sister-company of this business in Subic.
